My past and future career is characterized by the creation process and by achieving healthy sustainable results. I have experience within design, product development, marketing and management, and I have achieved competencies within the following areas:
Project management: Composition of teams. Project management and follow-up. Including coordination between departments/companies, conflict management, problem solving, budgeting and ensuring compliance with deadlines, targets and budgets.
Strategic development: Preparation of strategy and organizational development plans and implementation of these through action plans .
Product development: Applying knowledge and information about trends and behavior into ideas. Plan and carry out product and concept development. Coordinator and liaison between designers, product development, sales and marketing throughout the product development phase. Development of promotional marketing and shop concepts.
Marketing: Planning and participation in international trade fairs. Contract marketing agreements with customers, specialists magazines and home magazines. Participation in the preparation of brochures, advertisements and press releases.
Economy: Development of sales and cost budgets. Follow-up on budgets, objectives and earnings.
